thanks for joining us. what are two or three of the most important things you can tell business people watching for what they have to do to just? >> thanks, dennis. issue number one, the most important thing is to be aware of the new regulations that are coming out. there will be hundreds of pages of regulations between now and the end of the first quarter and they're going to need to know those rules because those rules fill in gaps the obamacare legislation left out. those rules of telling you how to calculate full time employees, how to provide notice to those employees of the new benefit provisions if you in fact change the terms of your plan. another big thing to keep in mind is how to absorb the new cost. there will be cost across the board. obviously there will be premium advances because cost of doing business in the insurance industry will go up. there's also going to be administrative fees that will be tacked on to the insurance companies for participating in the health-care health insurance excha
